VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking an Technical Program Analyst to support our NAVSEA customer. This is a hybrid position reporting onsite in both Washington, DC and Arlington, VA 3 days a week.
The Technical Program Analyst will be a member of a team providing support to the Assistant Program Manager (APM). They will provide assistance to the APM in the form of tracking and reporting on schedule execution, financial execution against benchmarks, tracking and reporting on contract deliverables, tracking and reporting project risks as well as developing suggested risk mitigation strategies, development of briefings and project documents for presentation to senior military officers and civilians, all while ensuring consistent high-level product delivery to the APM.
Salary at VISTA is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $95,000.00 to $145,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of VISTA's total compensation package for employees.
