Job summary

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. in Crystal City, VA, is seeking an Acquisition Contract Analyst to support a NAVSEA program office. This hybrid role requires on-site work three days a week and active DoD security clearance.

The ideal candidate has Navy/DoD acquisition contract experience, strong drafting and analysis skills, and proficiency with MS Office 365; Power BI is a plus. The position offers a salary range of $105,000 to $130,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Navy/DoD acquisition contract experience required.
• Experience drafting and maintaining acquisition documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide cradle-to-grave acquisition contract management support.
• Draft and maintain acquisition documents (RFPs, SOWs, J&A, TI).
• Track post-award contract status, allocations, obligations, expenditures.
• Support needs assessments and risk analysis.
• Attend meetings and prepare presentations and communications.
• Develop minutes, letters, and tracking items.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet program goals.
