Job summary

INDUS Technology, Inc. seeks an Operations Research Analyst (SRQ-4 & Multi-Mission Helicopter Support) to provide technical analysis and test and evaluation support for USW Combat Systems, including MMH, SRQ-4, and Ku-band/C-band interfaces, for Navy ships and platforms. Location: Honolulu, HI.

The role requires active DoD secret clearance, a quantitative degree, 3–7 years of OR/data analysis experience, and recent work with MMH systems. Travel ~25% and ability to perform at sea.

Qualifications

• Active DoD secret clearance required
• 3–7 years in operations research, data analysis, or related field
• Experience with MMH systems, SRQ-4, Ku-band/C-band equipment in the last 5 years
• US work authorization without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical analysis, performance assessments, and data reconstruction for USW Combat System TT&E events
• Support test planning, ship configurations, and resource identification for safe test execution
• Serve as SME for MMH systems (SRQ-4, Ku-band/C-band) and document results
• Support shipboard/at-sea test execution and data collection per Navy procedures
• Apply OR techniques to reconstruct events and evaluate system performance and readiness
• Develop analytical reports and recommendations for Government stakeholders
• Assist with future test requirements and research of electronic systems
• Participate in Government-provided training to qualify in TQS areas
• Bid and proposal support as requested
• Other duties assigned
