Job summary

INDUS Technology, Inc. seeks a Surface Sonar & Combat Systems Analyst to provide technical analysis and T&E support for USW combat systems, focusing on MMH, SRQ-4, and Ku-band interfaces in Honolulu, HI.

You will apply operations research, data analysis, and statistical methods to evaluate performance, interoperability, and mission readiness, supporting CSSQT, DT, IT, and OT events for Navy platforms.

Qualifications

• Active DoD secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience with related NEC codes.
• 3–7 years of professional experience in operations research, data analysis, or related field.
• Experience with MMH systems, SRQ-4, Ku-band/C-band equipment, and Navy test & evaluation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conducts technical analysis, performance assessments, and data reconstruction for USW Combat System T&E events (CSSQT, DT, IT, OT).
• Supports test planning by evaluating ship configurations and baselines, determining requirements and resources.
• Serves as SME for MMH systems (SRQ-4, Ku-band/C-band) and documents results per approved test plans.
• Supports shipboard and at-sea test execution, including maintenance, testing, and data collection.
• Develops analytical reports, briefings, and recommendations for Government stakeholders.
