Job summary

INDUS Technology, Inc. is seeking an Operations Research Analyst to provide technical analysis and T&E support for USW Combat Systems, with emphasis on MMH, SRQ-4 and Ku-band/C-band equipment.

You will apply data analysis, modeling, and statistical methods to evaluate system performance and readiness, and develop analytical reports for government stakeholders. Based in Honolulu, HI, the role supports CSSQT, DT, IT, OT events and flight/test activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent with 3–7 years of experience.
• Experience in operations research, data analysis or related technical field.
• Proven proficiency with MS Office and data presentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical analysis and data reconstruction for USW test events.
• Support test planning, configurations, and resource identification for safe execution.
• Document results and develop briefings for government stakeholders.
• Apply statistical methods to evaluate system performance and readiness.
• Contribute to test process improvements and future test requirements.
• Assist with cost estimates, task planning, and training requirements.
• Support bid and proposal activities as needed.
