Job summary

INDUS Technology, Inc. in Honolulu, Hawaii, is seeking a Surface Sonar & Combat Systems Analyst (Operations Research Analyst) to provide technical and administrative test and evaluation support for current USW combat systems, focusing on the AN/SQQ-89A(V)15 Sonar Suite on the Hawaii Detachments Support Services contract.

The analyst supports hull-mounted and towed-array sonar systems and related interfaces.

Qualifications

• Active DoD secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or three years of equivalent experience with relevant NEC codes.
• Experience with USN sonar systems, data analysis, and test data reconstruction is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Conducts technical analysis, performance assessments, and data reconstruction for USW Combat System T&E events.
• Supports test planning, configuration evaluation, and resource determination for safe test execution.
• Serves as SME for assigned equipment and documents results per approved test plans.
• Supports shipboard at-sea testing, data collection, troubleshooting, and live-fire events.
