Job summary

INDUS Technology, Inc. seeks an experienced Surface Sonar & Combat Systems Analyst (Operations Research Analyst) to support USW combat system testing in Honolulu, HI.

You will reconstruct test data, develop analytical products, and advise USG stakeholders on system performance and readiness. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will work with shipboard teams, apply OR techniques, and contribute to planning, execution, and reporting of T&E events.

Qualifications

• Active DoD secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Acoustics, Ocean Engineering, or a related quantitative field; or 3+ years with NEC substitutions.
• Three years of professional experience in operations research, data analysis, systems analysis, USN USW combat systems, or related technical field.
• Experience with AN/SQQ-89A(V)15 Sonar Suite ACB15+ or later within last five years.
• Proficiency with Linux (RHEL) and sonar-related applications.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts technical analysis and data reconstruction for USW combat system test events.
• Supports test planning and resource identification for safe execution.
• Serves as SME for assigned equipment after qualification.
• Supports shipboard test execution and data collection.
• Applies quantitative methods to evaluate sonar performance and readiness.
• Develops reports and recommendations for USG stakeholders.
• Assists with test process improvements and future requirements.
• Bid and proposal support as requested.
