Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of related experience; Master's with 1 year considered in lieu of degree.
• Ability to obtain government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide material procurement support including development of procurement documentation; manage procurement records and transportation/transfer requests.
• Interface with vendors to obtain quotes, process PRs/POs, and update procurement tracking.
• Interface with customers to develop procurement requirements and provide status updates.
• Plan and manage movement of material from receiving to production; attend meetings.
• Develop meeting minutes and track action items; create MS Excel procurement tracking docs.
• Develop project management support documents and program plans.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations; support data management and continuous improvement of logistics processes.
