Job summary

ICI Services, a 100% employee-owned small business, seeks a Warehouse Logistics Analyst to support NAVSEA in Fredericksburg, VA. This full-time onsite role coordinates logistics, inventory, and shipping to ensure material readiness for Government/Contractor Furnished Equipment.

You will analyze warehousing operations, develop parts lists, and work with DLA/DRMO for disposal while maintaining compliance and security requirements, including DoD SECRET clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in logistics planning and execution.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
• Eligible for DoD SECRET clearance.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive logistics support for warehouse operations and shipping under the contract to accomplish material and system readiness.
• Develop and maintain itemized lists of required parts and materials for existing material and incoming inventory.
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations with the warehouse team.
• Ensure Government property and material are received, stored and shipped safely and efficiently.
• Input, track, review, and report status of GFE/CFE, material, and equipment configuration data.
• Provide material support, forecasting, disposal recommendations and disposal processing.
• Coordinate with DLA and DRMO activities to facilitate disposal of designated material.
• Research supply chain issues to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
