Job summary

CSA is seeking an Assistant Contract Technical Representative (ACTR) to support Naval Station Great Lakes, providing IT service delivery for NMCI and NGEN programs. This full-time on-site role requires experience in government or military IT environments to assist in managing service records and deployments.

The ACTR will help process MAC requests, user provisioning, and NETC workload while ensuring accurate data, security compliance, and timely task completion in a fast-paced defense setting.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Security+ or equivalent Bachelor's Degree.
• 3 years of IT, data analysis, and process-improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the NETC CTR by creating service records and MACs in NET.
• Submit Move, Add, Change requests and NET buildouts as required.
• Assist with NMCI and Office 365 user provisioning and IT solution deployment.
• Support hardware refresh cycles, respond to user IT issues, and recommend solutions.
• Conduct periodic inventories and reconcile service records in NET for data accuracy.
• Verify MAC completion by NMCI contractor using HP Service Manager and Active Directory.
