Qualifikationen

• Active SECRET Clearance required.
• CompTIA Security+ certification, or higher.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT network administration or support experience.
• Experience with local and wide area networks and WLANs.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical, operational, and systems analysis to support IT infrastructure and user needs.
• Coordinate and implement procedures to optimize system performance.
• Support NMCI MACs to maintain operational readiness.
• Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network components.
• Enforce IA policies and assist in investigations and compliance.
• Deliver end-user training on hardware and software usage.
