Qualifications

• Must hold a Maryland HVAC Journeyman License.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Must possess valid driver’s license.
• Universal CFC Certification.
• Medical Gas Certification Preferred
• OSHA 10 Preferred

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, maintain and install – commercial and industrial HVAC/R equipment and associated components at a Journeyman level of competency.
• Replace Pump Seals, Motor Bearings, Air Filters, Belts, Sheaves, Etc.
• Chiller Experience
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned
