Job summary

ReefPoint Group seeks a proactive Program Manager Analyst (Contractor) to support NAVMEDLLP implementation and sustainment. The role coordinates medical lessons learned across DMOs, LOCEs, EABO, and joint exercises under BUMED-N3N5 and related directives.

The analyst operationalizes High Reliability Organization principles and translates after-action data into actionable solutions to improve military medical readiness and survivability across distributed operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Project Management, Public Policy, or an equivalent field.
• Experience: 2–4 years in management consulting, military health systems analysis, program coordination, or operational healthcare operations.
• Analytical skills: ability to analyze data, extract root causes, and craft concise summaries.
• Technical proficiency: advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) plus SharePoint/Teams.

Responsibilities

• Review, screen, and synthesize operational medical observations, AARs, debriefs, and JTS surveys.
• Conduct root-cause analyses on healthcare delivery challenges from fleet operations and exercises.
• Categorize validated findings to formulate actionable corrective action plans.
• Develop MOEs, KPIs, and executive briefs for NAVMEDLLP leadership.
• Lead training and guidance for Lessons Learned Managers on submissions and data quality.
• Coordinate with Navy centers and joint partners for governance and reporting.
