Job summary

Infinity Systems Engineering Llc is seeking a Lessons Learned Analyst to act as the primary integrator between exercises and real-world operations, ensuring insights and best practices are translated into actionable improvements for mission readiness. You will support the NRO Operations Center (NOC) with coordination, analysis, and implementation of lessons learned.

The role requires sustaining a high-tempo environment, coordinating with government and contractor teams, and delivering briefings,

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree and minimum 6 years of related experience; Graduate degree with 4 years preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in exercise planning or related operational planning.
• Clearance: Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a centralized Lessons Learned repository in JLLIS.
• Input, tag, and categorize lessons for future planning and training.
• Draft AARs and link findings to mission objectives.
• Coordinate with Plans, Training, and other NOC elements.
• Provide senior-level briefings and data products to leadership.
