Job summary

Nakupuna Consulting is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Navy Bureau of Medicine & Surgery BUILDER DMLSS/LogiCole readiness support team. You will drive contract execution and provide overall management of Nakupuna staff to ensure client satisfaction and program success.

The role requires strong leadership, program management experience across multiple regions, and the ability to manage cost, schedule, and performance requirements while maintaining excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical or management field; equivalent experience considered.
• Knowledge of DMLSS-FM, BUILDER, iNFADS, NAVFAC MAXIMO, and NAVFAC eProjects preferred.
• Excellent coordination across regions and strong communication with stakeholders.
• Experience in contract management plans, quality control, and performance metrics.
• Ability to train and support on-site and remotely.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain CAC and Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management for DMLSS-FM sustainment and BUILDER-related tasks.
• Oversee contract performance, cost, schedule, invoicing, and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-regional activities among government, contractors, and Nakupuna staff.
• Develop SOPs, guides, and program documentation.
• Manage travel logistics and cost estimates within government rules.
• Report project performance and financial metrics to leadership.
