Job summary

Nakupuna Consulting is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Navy BUMED BUILDER DMLSS/LogiCole readiness team in the Arlington area. The PM will oversee contract execution and provide leadership across Nakupuna staff to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with project goals.

Responsibilities include managing DMLSS-FM sustainment, documenting SOPs, and guiding cross-functional teams, with strong emphasis on cost, schedule, and quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with proven program management experience.
• Analytical skills to evaluate processes and implement automated solutions.
• Ability to liaise with government representatives, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; knowledge of DMLSS-FM, BUILDER, iNFADS, NAVFAC MAXIMO/eProjects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management for the DMLSS-FM sustainment program and BUILDER-related tasks.
• Ensure contract performance quality, cost, schedule, invoicing, and deliverables.
• Oversee travel planning within government rules and manage travel costs.
• Develop and edit SOPs, guides, and other required documents.
• Manage personnel functions: performance, mentoring, hiring/firing, attendance.
• Develop Contract Management Plan with milestones and resources.
• Report to the Managing Director on performance, profitability, utilization, cost execution.
