Job summary

Katmai is seeking a contractor to provide Lessons Learned analyses and liaison support to Marine Corps commands under the Marine Corps Lessons Learned Program (MCLLP).

The role includes implementing lessons processes, reviewing materials for proper markings, and maintaining MCCLL SharePoint/JLLIS content. You will also plan, collect, and brief on lessons topics, conduct interviews, and support collection campaigns with stringent parameters.

Qualifications

• Graduate Marine Corps Command & Staff College or Marine Corps Senior Enlisted Professional Military Education course desired.
• Must possess comprehensive knowledge of the Marine Corps, its missions, MAGTF operations, doctrine, and Marine Corps systems.
• Must have intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Must obtain and maintain background checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Lessons Learned Program Support at designated commands.
• Implement and maintain lessons learned processes per MCO 3504.1 and MCCLP.
• Review and submit lessons materials with proper classifications for MCCLL/ JLLIS submission.
• Maintain MCCLL SharePoint/JLLIS pages content for designated topics.
• Submit weekly situational reports.
