Qualifications

• DoD Secret Clearance required.
• BA or BS from an accredited institution.
• 3–10 years of progressive financial analysis, budgeting, or data-driven asset management.
• Hands-on experience with Navy ERP (NERP) for tracking and reporting.
• Knowledge of DoN appropriation types and federal procurement cycles.
• Experience building and adjusting defensive program spend plans.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with advanced Excel and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform data-driven quantitative analyses of financial information, asset structures, and funding trends.
• Develop, monitor, and manage detailed program spend plans and compare milestones to commitments.
• Evaluate Navy appropriation types (APN, RDT&E, and O&M) to maintain regulatory compliance and optimize funding alignment.
• Use defense enterprise systems to input, extract, and reconcile financial data into actionable status updates for team leadership.
• Review accounting reports for variances and support senior analysts with resource allocation forecasting.
