Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, seeks a Mid-Level Analyst - (Financial) to support NAVFAC MIDLANT in Norfolk, VA. Responsibilities include reviewing funding documents, extracting accounting data, and preparing financial analyses.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in accounting/financial management, and strong MS Office skills. U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to pass a federal background investigation.
• At least 3 years of related accounting, budget or financial management experience.
• Experience developing financial reports, and/or managing data sets with multiple data types for analysis.
• Experience conducting financial analysis, including developing cost projections and trend analysis.
• Experience planning, analyzing, organizing and coordinating financial data to resolve problems and propose improvements.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment in support of client requirements.
• Proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
• Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing funding documents for accuracy, legality, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Extracting accounting data from records and financial systems to prepare and analyze reports.
• Researching material and contract charges, updating files, and assisting with correcting errors within accounting systems.
• Reviewing invoices and statements, and analyzing and reconciling journals or subsidiary ledgers within accounting systems.
