Responsibilities include reviewing funding documents, extracting data for reports, researching charges, and reconciling journals within accounting systems.

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ related experience required. US citizen, background check required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to pass a federal background investigation.
• 3+ years of accounting, budgeting or financial management experience.
• Experience developing financial reports and handling multi-type data sets.
• Experience conducting financial analysis including cost projections and trend analysis.
• Ability to organize and coordinate financial data to resolve problems and improve processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, influencing and client-focused skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• U.S. citizen.
• Ability to access federal facilities per Real ID requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review funding documents for accuracy, legality and regulatory compliance.
• Extract accounting data from records to prepare and analyze reports.
• Research material and contract charges, update files and correct errors in accounting systems.
• Review invoices/statements and analyze/reconcile journals or ledgers in accounting systems.
