Job summary

Noblis MSD is seeking a seasoned Computer Systems Analyst to support the US Navy from Newport, RI. The role involves analyzing complex systems, integrating diverse data, and ensuring secure IT environments for submarine and fleet operations.

Responsibilities include requirements formulation, feasibility studies, and maintaining project schedules with Microsoft Project and Excel. A DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of computer systems analysis experience.
• US citizen with DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• Experience with NAVWAR software configuration management processes.
• Experience with submarine alterations on Ohio or Virginia class submarines.
• Experience with PEO C4I application integrations for submarines or ships.
• Expertise with Navy submarine networked systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Excel for scheduling and data management.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in all phases of systems analysis and knowledge of system software, equipment, and regulations.
• Recognize conflicts and integrate diverse data to produce solutions for complex problems.
• Maintain and modify complex systems or develop new subsystems.
• Formulate requirements, advise on alternatives, and conduct feasibility studies for data processing systems.
• Recommend optimum design approaches and resolve user conflicts.
• Support server, network, virtualization, and cloud environments to ensure secure IT operations.
• Create and maintain schedules in Microsoft Project.
