Job summary

Noblis MSD seeks a Systems Engineer to support the US Navy out of Newport, RI. The role involves coordinating networks, integrating hybrid software and hardware products, and overseeing software, hardware, and web development lifecycles across submarine and naval platforms.

Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 7+ years in systems engineering, US citizenship, and a DoD Secret clearance. Prior NAVWAR procedures experience on Navy platforms is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline with 7+ years of systems engineering experience.
• U.S. Citizen with DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience using NAVWAR software procedures on submarines, surface, or shore installations.
• Experience with submarine software installations or networked systems on Navy platforms.
• Experience using the PEO C4I AI process in lab environments supporting submarines or surface ships.

Responsibilities

• Program, manage and monitor networks.
• Oversee the development of hybrid software, web and hardware products from specs to rollout and maintenance.
• Integrate various network OSs, applications and hardware devices.
• Manage the software/hardware/web development lifecycle including design, coding, testing and maintenance.
• Provide project analysis to identify risks and propose solutions.
