Job summary

Innovative Reasoning, LLC is seeking a NI/Marine Corps C4I specialist to provide on-site support for naval networks and C4I systems aboard amphibious platforms. The role focuses on analysis, requirements development, and engagement with Navy/Joint stakeholders to advance AMC4RC initiatives.

The candidate will contribute to architecture and integration efforts, support testing and documentation, and ensure alignment with DoD standards. Requires four+ years in naval networks and CM/DoD experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management or related field; four years of relevant experience, or six years without a degree.
• Solid knowledge of naval network systems engineering, analysis, and design principles.
• Experience in afloat networks’ design, development, integration, and installation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze naval network systems and document requirements for integration and capability development.
• Support architecture, design analysis, systems engineering, and test planning for C4I networks.
• Engage with Navy/DoD/Joints stakeholders to develop C4I system requirements policy.
• Draft reports, briefings, and capability mapping for AMC4RC and related documents.
• Provide technical support to Marine Corps and Navy stakeholders on C4I network issues.
