Job summary

Innovative Reasoning, LLC seeks a senior C4ISR analyst to support U.S. Marine Corps and Navy C2/C4I integration, focusing on amphibious ships and MAGTF operations. You'll analyze system data exchanges, define requirements, and coordinate with DoD and Navy stakeholders.

The role entails preparing briefings, reports, and business cases, ensuring compatibility across legacy and current networks, and supporting lifecycle sustainment for Navy/Marine systems at HQMC CD&I in Quantico, VA.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management or related field and at least 8 years of relevant experience; 12 years if no degree.
Solid knowledge of Marine Corps and Navy organizational structures and functions.
Proficiency with information exchange systems for ashore and afloat units.

Responsibilities

Analyze C4ISR system data exchanges and develop documentation and requirements.
Represent USMC interests with international, national, DoD, Joint and Navy stakeholders on C4ISR policy.
Assist in creating an integrated amphibious C4I architecture for afloat MAGTF deployments.
Draft briefings, reports, and business cases as required by the customer.
