Job summary

International Systems Management Corp. in the Washington, DC area seeks an experienced individual to provide in-service baseline engineering support for US Navy programs.

You will apply systems engineering practices to design, manage, test, evaluate, and support technical projects involving USN command, sensor, and weapon systems. The ideal candidate has knowledge of USN C2 systems, experience integrating weapon/combat software, and can work with a broad government–industry team.

Qualifications

• Experience using systems engineering practices to design, manage, test, evaluate, and support technical projects.
• Familiarity with USN sea- and land-based Command, Sensor, and Weapon systems.
• Experience with or detailed knowledge of USN Command and Control Systems and their interaction with various USN Sensor and Weapon systems.
• Experience developing, integrating, and testing software for weapon/combat systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-service baseline engineering support for US Navy projects.
• Coordinate with multiple organizations across a large government–industry team.
• Travel ~10% and maintain DoD security clearance.
