Job summary

International Systems Management Corp. (ISM) seeks a qualified engineer to provide In-Service baseline engineering support for United States Navy programs in the Washington, DC area.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in an engineering, math or science discipline (or 10–15 years of naval engineering experience), strong MS Office skills, and excellent oral and written communication. A US citizen with ability to obtain DoD clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience using systems engineering practices to design, manage, test, evaluate, and support technical projects.
• Familiarity with USN sea- and land-based Command, Sensor, and Weapon systems.
• Experience with or detailed knowledge of USN Command and Control Systems and their interaction with various USN Sensor and Weapon systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide In-Service baseline engineering support for US Navy project.
• Develop, integrate, and test software for weapon/combat systems.
• Coordinate across multiple organizations to meet customer needs and deliver results.
