Job summary

WhiteWater Midstream is seeking a Natural Gas Scheduler to coordinate daily receipt, transportation, and delivery of natural gas across interstate and intrastate pipelines. You will manage nominations, confirmations, imbalances, and communications to ensure accurate commercial transactions in the QPTM system.

The role requires 3+ years of scheduling experience, knowledge of pipeline operations, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 3+ years of pipeline scheduling experience
• Thorough understanding of pipeline operations and gas quality requirements
• Strong analytical and time management skills
• Familiarity with interstate pipelines such as EPNG, NGPL, NNG, Transco, TETCO and Tennessee
• Experience with SCADA is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist shippers with nominations and confirm scheduled quantities on interstate and intrastate pipelines
• Monitor scheduled versus actual gas flows and manage imbalances
• Coordinate corrective actions to minimize imbalance exposure
• Navigate pipeline tariffs and scheduling practices
• Communicate with shippers regarding nominations, contract information and scheduling discrepancies
• Monitor gas flow, pressure and quality on SCADA and coordinate with Gas Control
• Exchange daily nomination data with external counterparts and internal gas control
• Develop relationships with interconnecting pipelines and customers
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide service
• Verify transportation contract information and scheduled quantities
• Assist scheduling team with daily and monthly allocations
• Handle customer inquiries and ad hoc duties as required
• Maintain knowledge of pipeline tariffs and scheduling standards
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule
• Represent the company courteously to shippers and partners
