Job summary

Kinder Morgan is seeking a Commercial Scheduling professional to manage daily nominations, confirmations, scheduling, and imbalances across multiple natural gas pipelines. You will interact with producers, marketers, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely data flow and invoicing.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years’ relevant gas industry experience.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and efficiently.
• Strong analytical skills and opportunity to improve processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with producers, marketers, pipelines, shippers and internal business owners.
• Communicate with internal and external customers on daily scheduled activities across departments.
• Perform daily confirmations with operators using various methods.
• Assist customers with nominations using iDART.
• Nominate marketing activity in 3rd Party EBBs for multiple pipelines.
• Monitor and analyze nominations and adjust as needed.
• Confirm positions and balances and reconcile to actual activity.
• Respond to customer inquiries about daily business, operations, and contracts.
