Job summary

Intersect Power, LLC is seeking a Natural Gas Scheduler / Cash Trader to join the Origination and Trading team. The role supports physical cash trading, pipeline nominations, and logistics across regional hubs in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

You will optimize transport capacity, storage, and fuel supply while collaborating with risk and back-office teams to ensure accurate settlement and regulatory compliance. A strong background in gas scheduling and ETRM systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years of physical natural gas scheduling experience.
• Experience with intra-day/next-day gas trades and pipeline logistics.

Responsibilities

• Execute physical cash trading and position management across regional hubs.
• Submit nominations across EBBS and manage OFOs and capacity constraints.
• Monetize capacity, storage, and imbalance provisions to protect margins.
• Capture trades and scheduled volumes in the ETRM system in real time.
• Collaborate with back-office and risk teams to ensure accurate settlement and compliance.
