Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within natural gas utility, pipeline, or utility infrastructure operations.

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of gas service programs.

The Program Manager leads the planning, coordination, and execution of gas service. This role serves as the operational bridge

The Program Manager drives cross-functional coordination on system reliability, damage prevention, infrastructure

replacement, and emergency response programs, and serves as a key point of accountability for program

performance and reporting.

Education Experience

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
• equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within natural gas utility, pipeline, or
• utility infrastructure operations.
• Experience working with regulatory bodies such as a state Public Utilities Commission and/or PHMSA is strongly

Certifications Licenses

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification , not required.
• Valid driver's license required, given statewide travel requirements.
• Operator Qualification (OQ) certifications a plus, or willingness to obtain.

Knowledge, Skills Abilities

• Working knowledge of natural gas distribution systems, pipeline safety regulations, and utility operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs across a wide geographic area
