Job summary

Greenfield Engineering, a Saalex company, seeks a NATOPS Support Specialist in Lexington Park, MD to provide engineering, publication, discrepancy-tracking, and program coordination support to the PMA-274 team. This role manages NATOPS/NATIP publications, coordinates meetings, and tracks discrepancies across engineering and test teams.

Qualifications

• Former rotary-wing pilot or aircrew member.
• Working knowledge of NATOPS and NATIP publications, processes, and requirements.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage documents, action lists, and publication records supporting VH NATOPS and NATIP publications.
• Coordinate and support NATOPS conferences with fleet personnel.
• Support AIRS submissions and incorporation of approved updates into NATOPS/NATIP publications.
• Apply NATOPS/NATIP language, definitions, and formatting requirements.
• Coordinate access to the NAVAIR airworthiness site.
• Manage intake, tracking, and resolution of technical and system discrepancies with engineering and test teams.
• Maintain discrepancy information using VH Engineering and Test Tool and Jira.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, reserve spaces, host Teams meetings, and capture decisions and actions.
• Prepare and distribute formal meeting minutes documenting decisions and attendees.
