Greenfield Engineering, a Saalex Company, in Lexington Park, MD, is seeking an Acquisition Program Analyst to support Naval Aviation programs. You will collaborate with IPTs, BFMs, contracts personnel, and program leadership to assist planning, budgeting, requirements management, acquisition execution, and program oversight.

Requirements include experience supporting government or defense contractor programs, budgeting and reporting, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Experience supporting government or defense contractor programs.
• Experience developing or maintaining budgets, financial trackers, program schedules, or execution reports.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support financial and requirements planning activities across acquisition and RDT&E funding portfolios.
• Assist with program execution monitoring and requirements tracking across current and future fiscal years.
• Monitor program requirements and identify potential funding shortfalls, schedule impacts, and execution risks.
• Maintain and update AMS CSPT inputs and baseline requirements in coordination with IPT Leads and BFMs.
• Develop and maintain spend plans, financial trackers, and execution reports.
• Prepare funding requests, de-obligation requests, work completion date extensions, and related documentation.
• Support development of budget exhibits, financial impact statements, and acquisition documentation.
• Coordinate requirements planning and resource allocation activities with IPT members and stakeholders.
• Maintain contract action tracking within AMS PMT and related tools.
• Assist with PID package development and acquisition workflows.
• Develop reports, metrics, presentations, and status briefings for program leadership.
• Support acquisition reviews, budget reviews, meetings, and action item tracking.
• Other duties as assigned or required.
