Job summary

Greenfield Engineering, a Saalex Company, seeks a Mission Systems Program Analyst (Finance) in Lexington Park, MD. The role provides administrative support to the PMA-274 Mission Systems & Software IPT and will be onsite at Patuxent River, MD.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, producing formal minutes, managing documents, and tracking actions within the team. Candidates should have an HS Diploma or GED with 5+ years of related experience and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Capable of working independently and in a team setting.
• Attention to detail and a pro-active approach.
• Experience hosting meetings in Microsoft Teams.
• Must be available during regular workday (0800-1600). In-person at Patuxent River, MD.
• Experience coordinating and writing Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Active Secret security clearance or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support meetings; ensure materials, room setup, and external visitor visits.
• Develop and disseminate formal meeting minutes and decisions for the requirements database.
• Maintain MS&S team documents, charts, lists, and calendars.
• Manage action trackers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain SmartPaks: slides, data, and charts used frequently.
• Organize data products in Teams and PMA SPO; understand project jargon.
• Prepare briefs, collect inputs, proof/edit, and schedule reviews with proper markings.
• Process travel requests via SharePoint Online Travel Court; provide status updates.
