Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, located in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial construction projects across the United States. This role requires overseeing jobsite safety, coordinating subcontractors, and managing schedules from groundbreaking through project closeout.

With 90-100% nationwide travel, the ideal candidate will have 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience including 3+ years as a Superintendent.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain it.
• First Aid / CPR certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite construction activities and maintain productivity.
• Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance.
• Ensure work meets plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractor performance and address field issues.
• Maintain daily reports of manpower and progress.
• Manage punch list completion and project turnover.
