Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial construction projects across the United States.

This role oversees jobsite safety, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and project execution from groundbreaking through closeout. The position requires 7+ years in construction, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor, with Procore and scheduling software experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor.
• Experience with commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, methods, and subcontractor coordination.
• Experience with Procore, MS Project or Primavera P6, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all onsite construction activities and field operations.
• Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to maintain productivity and progress.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet key milestones.
• Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules aligned with the master project schedule.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and labor to maintain workflow.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance.
• Perform regular jobsite walkthroughs and inspections; coordinate inspections and QC procedures.
• Manage subcontractor performance, scope execution, and schedule adherence.
• Maintain daily reports and communicate field updates to the Project Manager.
• Assist with RFIs, change orders, and field directives as needed.
• Manage punch list completion and final inspections; support AS-Builts, O&M manuals, and final docs.
