Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain) needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite construction activities and field operations.
• Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct site inspections.
• Ensure work is performed according to quality standards.
• Maintain daily reports including manpower and safety updates.
