Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is looking for experienced Traveling Superintendents to lead operations on commercial construction projects across the United States. Responsibilities include overseeing jobsite safety, directing subcontractors, and ensuring projects stay on schedule.

The ideal candidate will have extensive construction experience, leadership skills, and be able to manage multiple project types including retail and federal projects. The position involves extensive travel and offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and scheduling.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all onsite construction activities and field operations.
• Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field crews.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance.
