Job summary

HanwhaQcellsUSA Corp is seeking a Site Manager to lead on-site construction for utility-scale solar and energy storage projects across the United States. The role involves 8–12 month assignments at project sites, with 100% nationwide travel and relocation to sites as needed. This is an on-site, field-based position with overtime and varied hours as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing large-scale construction projects.
• Prior utility-scale solar construction experience required.
• Experience managing projects from inception to completion.
• Proficient with construction management software like Procore.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs daily construction operations on-site, ensuring sequencing, planning and execution align with timeline and budget.
• Overall responsibility for all stages of construction projects valued at tens to hundreds of millions of dollars.
• Develop and review project schedules, cost estimations, budgets, scopes of work, standards and supplier quotes.
• Manage all internal and external parties and ensure professional project management from design to construction.
• Represent project to external parties such as investors, authorities, grid operator and others.
