Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp is seeking Field Engineers to support upcoming solar and BESS EPC projects across the United States. This is a 100% nationwide travel, on-site role with 8–12 month project assignments on various sites.

You'll work with Site Managers and a cross-functional team, reviewing drawings, coordinating logistics, and tracking progress while complying with safety and quality standards. Relocation and travel are required for this position.

Qualifications

• 0–3+ years of construction experience (solar or utility-scale preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and construction management tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Site Managers and Superintendents in daily construction activities.
• Assist with project coordination, logistics, and material tracking.
• Review drawings and ensure work aligns with project plans.
• Track production, progress, and key project metrics.
• Support safety and quality efforts on site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams.
