Job summary

You will guide regulatory adherence, lead audits and investigations, and develop proactive safety and environmental programs while managing EHS staff in a high-volume manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS, engineering, or related scientific field.
• 10+ years of progressive EHS experience within heavy manufacturing.
• Experience leading safety culture transformation and regulatory compliance programs.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards and environmental regulations.
• Certifications such as CSP or CIH preferred.

The Candidate

• 10+ years of progressive EHS experience within heavy manufacturing, including large workforce environments
• Demonstrated success leading safety culture transformation and regulatory compliance programs
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards and environmental regulations (air, water, hazardous materials)
• Effective leader with excellent communication, influencing, and team development skills; certifications (CSP, CIH, etc.) preferred
