ICE is seeking a Health Application Services Training Program Officer to lead the design and delivery of EHR and health IT training for a nationwide multidisciplinary workforce. You will develop curricula, digital learning tools, and user resources to support rollouts, testing, superusers, and change management.

This role collaborates with clinical informatics and HASO program officers to ensure training reflects accurate workflows and policies, conducts needs assessments, and maintains guides

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in education, healthcare administration, public health, health informatics or clinical field.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare workflows.
• Minimum 2 years of experience developing and delivering training in healthcare or health IT.
• Experience creating user guides, training materials, or e-learning content.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to tailor content to various audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
• For licensed incumbents, ongoing licensure compliance may be required.

• Design and implement training programs, materials, and workflows to support EHR and operational readiness.
• Deliver instructor-led training (in person or virtual) and coordinate digital learning tools.
• Lead training for facility superusers and coordinate with SMEs to reflect accurate workflows.
