Job summary

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) through IHSC MEDU seeks a Training Consultant to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate enterprise training.

The role covers LMS support, eLearning tools, documentation, and coordination of education initiatives, COOP exercises, and mission operations. The position focuses on developing training materials, coordinating workshops, and aligning curricula with frontline perspectives across clinical and administrative staff.

Qualifications

• Experience creating user guides, training materials, or e-learning content.
• Strong presentation, oral communication and writing skills.
• Ability to assess educational needs and design curricula.
• Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate training programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs, materials, and workflows enterprise-wide.
• Deliver instructor-led training and coordinate deployment of digital learning tools.
• Support IHSC Course Providers and Subject Matter Experts in design and delivery of courses/trainings.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts on developing training materials for the IHSC LMS.
• Lead training needs assessments and tailor approaches to staff roles.
