The Clinical Applications Specialist will serve in the implementation and ongoing support of multi-service clinical software applications used for all Health Systems Departments. The role ensures daily interface between Health Systems staff and the EHR, collaborating with HIMS and IT and providing training to integrated care team staff to ensure protocols and grant guidelines.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences, information technology or related field; a combination of experience may be substituted.
• Five (5) years' experience in managing clinical applications.
• Experience with managing data in clinical practice setting.
• Knowledge and experience working with cultural diversities.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Alaska preferred.

Responsabilidades

• The Clinical Applications Specialist will implement and support multi-service clinical software for all Health Systems Departments.
• Provide onboarding training to staff within all Health Systems Departments and ensure EHR optimization.
• Coordinate installation, maintenance, and recommendations of product applications.
• Work with quality assurance and process improvement staff and program initiatives across the Health System.
• Maintain communication with technical support for EHR optimization and ensure compliance with laws.
