Job summary

Align is seeking a Data Center Cabling Foreman to lead field teams on large-scale cabling installations for AI and hyperscale data centers across the U.S. The hybrid role combines leadership with hands-on work, supporting the Superintendent and coordinating with technicians, contractors, and vendors.

Candidates should have 2–4+ years in structured cabling or fiber, with experience leading crews, reading cabling drawings, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in structured cabling, low-voltage, or fiber optics.
• Experience leading small cabling crews (foreman/lead).
• Ability to read cabling drawings and labeling standards.

Responsibilities

• Support cabling installations in data center spaces and coordinate daily crew work.
• Perform on-site QA for terminations, labeling, routing, and test results.
• Assist with standards, tracking sheets, port maps and drawings reviews.
• Communicate progress, risks, and material needs to leadership.
• Support documentation, RFIs, change orders, and daily reports.
