Job summary

ECM Holding Group, INC. is seeking a Site Leader to oversee Water Solutions projects nationwide. You will direct design and construction activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets while maintaining strong collaboration with field staff, contractors, and stakeholders.

The role requires travel up to 80%, high autonomy, and effective communication with the Executive Team. Candidates should have leadership experience in construction or operations and a proven ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• OSHA 10 certification or willing to complete within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of Water Solutions projects during construction.
• Provide constructability reviews of project documents and recommendations.
• Manage budgets, change orders, and contract compliance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and agencies; report project status to leadership.
• Lead vendor and contractor negotiations and resolve disputes where needed.
