ECM Holding Group, INC. seeks a Site Leader to oversee Water Solutions projects nationwide, directing planning, execution, and coordination across multiple sites.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications, driving performance with minimal supervision and fostering collaboration among field staff, contractors, and leadership. This role requires travel up to 80% and strong leadership skills.

Competenze

• Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• Valid driver's license required.
• OSHA 10 certification must be completed within 30 days of hire date.

Mansioni

• Leads day-to-day management of projects during the construction phase.
• Provides constructability reviews of project documents and recommendations.
• Advises on development of construction procurement documents and GEC responsibilities.
• Manages contractor requests for timely responses and project continuity.
• Assumes lead role in dispute resolution on assigned projects.
• Defines roles and reporting structures for project team members.
