Job summary

ECM Holding Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Onsite Project Manager to oversee Water Solutions projects across the United States.

You will manage projects from design through construction, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence while traveling up to 80%. You will serve as the primary liaison among field teams, contractors, customers, and stakeholders, providing leadership throughout the project lifecycle and coordinating with leadership and engineering on all project

Qualifications

• Experience in water solutions or plumbing projects is preferred.
• Experience in management, operations, and leadership roles.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• OSHA 10; certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day management of projects during the construction phase.
• Reviews project documents and provides constructability recommendations.
• Manages change orders and budget impact; enforces contract requirements.
• Coordinates with contractors, customers, and stakeholders; resolves disputes as needed.
• Maintains effective communication with executive leadership and project teams.
