Qualifications

• Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• Valid driver license required.
• OSHA 10, if not certified must be completed within 30 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Leads the day-to-day management of projects during the construction phase.
• Provides detailed constructability reviews and offers recommendations.
• Manages procurement documents and contractor requests for timely responses.
• Assists in dispute resolution and defines roles for project team members.
• Monitors budgets, change orders and contractor compliance.
