ECM Holding Group, INC. is seeking a highly motivated Site Leader to oversee Water Solutions projects nationwide. This role manages design and construction activities, maintains schedules and budgets, and serves as the primary point of contact for project partners and stakeholders.

Extensive travel and autonomous decision-making are required. Responsibilities include leading field teams, reviewing constructability, coordinating procurement documents, and ensuring contract compliance while

Competenze

• Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• Valid driver licenses required.
• OSHA 10 certification or within 30 days of hire.

• Oversee day-to-day management of Water Solutions projects during construction.
• Perform constructability reviews and advise on procurement documents.
• Manage budgets, change orders, and contract compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, agencies, and stakeholders; report to leadership.
