ECM Holding Group, INC. is seeking a Site Leader to oversee Water Solutions projects nationwide. This role requires extensive travel (up to 80%) and the ability to manage from planning through execution with strong collaboration across field and technical staff, contractors, and stakeholders.

You will lead day-to-day construction oversight, manage budgets, and maintain project alignment with schedules and objectives while fostering teamwork and effective communication with executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• Valid driver's license required.
• OSHA 10, if not certified, must be completed within 30 days of hire date.

Responsabilités

• Leads the day-to-day management of projects during the construction phase.
• Defines the roles and reporting structures for project team members.
• Represents the company in partnering sessions with contractors, agencies, and organizations.
• Provides regular reports on project status, resource allocation, and future needs to leadership and executive staff.
